Who can use it

You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to make purchases where you live if you buy credits.

Your photos and consent

• Only upload photos and videos of yourself or of people who agreed to appear in the video. Pressing Generate confirms that they did.
• Do not upload photos of anyone under 18, or of celebrities and public figures.
• You are responsible for the photos you upload and how you share the result.

What you may not create

These rules apply to everything made with Dame Hombro AI: the Solo and En pareja (with a partner) videos. Do not upload, prompt for or share:

• Sexual or nude content (NSFW) of anyone, including suggestive content and “undressing” edits.
• Violent or gory content: graphic injury, blood, gore, torture, weapons used against people, self-harm or content that glorifies violence.
• Hate speech and harassment: content that attacks or demeans people for their race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, disability or other protected trait, and bullying, threats or targeted harassment.
• Content involving minors: no photos of anyone under 18, and nothing that sexualises, endangers or exploits a child. We report child sexual abuse material to the authorities.
• Deepfakes and impersonation: videos of real people who did not agree, celebrities or public figures, or videos meant to pass as real footage, mislead people, commit fraud or influence elections.
• Copyright and trademark infringement: clips, images, music, logos, characters or other material you do not own or have permission to use. Uploading someone else’s video to Your video requires their permission.

Anything else illegal where you live or where you post it is not allowed either.

How we moderate content

• Before generation: every prompt and note is checked against blocked terms (celebrities, minors, sexual and violent content) and refused with a message if it matches.
• During generation: our video engine runs its own safety checks on the photos, clips and output and refuses unsafe requests. Refused generations are not charged: the credits go back automatically.
• After a report: we review the video and the account, remove or disable content that breaks these rules, and may close the account and keep the credits of repeated or serious violations.
• Generated videos are private to your account. We do not publish them, and we look at them only to handle a report, a support request or a legal obligation.

How to report a video

If you see a video made with Dame Hombro AI that breaks these rules or uses your likeness or work without permission, email support@damehombroai.org with the subject “Content report”. Include the link or video, where you saw it and why it breaks the rules. You can also use the contact page.

• We reply within 24 hours.
• We act on valid reports within 24 hours: removing the video from our servers, disabling its links and, where needed, closing the account.
• We tell you what we did. Reports about minors are handled first and passed to the authorities.

AI models

Videos are made by third-party AI video generation models from Google, ByteDance, Alibaba and xAI, run through our video engine. We choose the model for each tool and may change it at any time to improve quality, speed or safety; each model also applies its provider’s own content policy, and the rules above apply on top. Results are AI-generated and may not look exactly like the people in the photos.

Your videos

You may use the videos you make for personal and commercial posts, subject to the rights of the people in them. Videos are delivered without music; the song behind the Dame Hombro trend belongs to its rights holders and must be added through a licensed library such as TikTok’s or CapCut’s. Dame Hombro AI is not affiliated with the artist or his label.

Images and videos on this site

The template clips, posters and example images on Dame Hombro AI are AI-generated, and the people in them are not real. They are © 2026 Dame Hombro AI. You may share links to them; to use them anywhere else, ask us first through the contact page.

Credits and payments

• Credits are used to generate videos. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
• Credits are reserved when a generation starts and returned automatically if it fails.
• Credits from one-time packs do not expire. A pack with no credits used can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in your account; unused subscription credits do not roll over.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars.

Removal requests

If something on Dame Hombro AI uses your likeness or your work without permission, report it as described in How to report a video. We act on removal requests within 24 hours.

No warranty

AI results vary. We work to keep the service running and the results good, but we provide it as is and cannot guarantee that every video will look exactly as you expect. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept it.
